Our designs

© Zilope. All designs, artwork, product photography, mockups, the Zilope name, and the Zilope logo are original works owned by Zilope and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the physical item to enjoy — it does not transfer any right to copy, reproduce, resell as prints, or create derivative works from the design.

Respect for others' rights

We create and sell only original or properly licensed designs. We do not knowingly print content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights, and we review our catalog to keep it that way.

Reporting infringement (DMCA)

If you believe a design on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@zilope.com including:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the URL of the allegedly infringing product on zilope.com;
• your name, address, email, and telephone number;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

We investigate all complete notices promptly and remove listings found to infringe. We may terminate repeat infringers' access to the Site.
