What we collect
To fulfill your orders we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. If you create an account, we also store a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
How we use it
- Fulfillment: your name and shipping address are shared with our print partner so they can produce and ship your order.
- Payments: order totals are shared with our payment processor to charge your card.
- Service messages: we email you order confirmations and shipping updates. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
We never sell your personal data.
Cookies & local storage
We use one essential cookie (zsession) to keep you signed in, and your
browser's local storage to remember your cart, checkout details, and guest order IDs
on your own device. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Analytics
We count visits to understand which designs people like, using our own software on
our own server — no third-party analytics service, and nothing shared with anyone. There
is no analytics cookie and we never store your IP address. Instead, a visit is counted by
turning your request into a one-way hash together with a secret value that we discard and
replace every day, so the same browser counts as one visitor within a day and cannot be
connected to visits on any other day. Where a link to us was shared, we record only the
website's name (for example pinterest.com), never the full address of the
page you came from. These records are deleted automatically after 400 days.
Retention
Order records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any personal data not subject to a legal retention requirement at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@zilope.com from the address on file. We respond within 30 days.
