Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using zilope.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & made-to-order production

All products are printed on demand after you place your order and are produced and shipped by our third-party print partners. Minor variations in color and print placement are inherent to on-demand printing and are not defects.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed by our payment provider. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill.

4. Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the Site and in our FAQ; they are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Incorrect addresses supplied at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

5. Returns & replacements

Because items are made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items, reported within 30 days of delivery. Qualifying issues receive a free replacement or full refund. See the FAQ for the process.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and branding on the Site are owned by Zilope or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item only — not a license to reproduce the design. See our Copyright & IP policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to breach its security, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or infringing others' rights.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilope is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
